I have had the opportunity to work with this sweet family several times, and it’s such a joy to be able to see how big this handsome little man is getting!

I love so many things about fall minis: getting to see old clients, meeting new clients, cooler temps, and beautiful leaves, to name a few. The only bad thing about fall minis: I can’t really share the photos until after Christmas cards go out. Then of course my poor blog is grossly ignored during the winter and before you know it, it’s time for fall minis again, and I haven’t shared the ones from last year!! (YIKES!)
So, in honor of all the unshared fall minis, I’m going to be doing a series of fall minis recaps!
First up, the R family, and their three beautiful girls! Here are just a small few of my favorites from our session!!
Fall is my favorite time of year, for so many reasons, one of them being it’s fall mini session season!!! Right now I have 3 dates open for Fall Minis, and they will book up fast so be sure to reserve your spot!!

Our dear friends were away in California for several years, so we were pretty excited when they moved back home! My girls LOVE their kiddos and we had the best time celebrating sweet Caroline turning 5! It was a Frozen themed birthday and every detail was perfect! Lovely flowers, delicate snowflakes, “Frozen” colors, and even an amazing Olaf cake! All the girls wore their favorite princess gowns and were ecstatic when Princess Anna showed up at the front door! She read “Frozen” to the kids, painted their nails, and of course no party is complete without a dance party! It was such a fun afternoon, I’m so grateful we could be there to celebrate with our friends!

I began praying for my future in-laws when I was in my tweens, and those prayers have been more than abundantly answered! My in-laws are awesome! I’m truly so grateful for our close relationship with them. So when my MIL’s 60th birthday was coming near, my husband, FIL, and I started planning a surprise party for her! We held the party at the lovely Caroline House, in Birmingham, AL. A dear friend of my MIL arranged the beautiful flowers that added the perfect touch to the whole evening! Olexa’s Cakes made the AMAZING cake. So many friends and family came from all over to celebrate this wonderful woman. It was such a great evening, and I’m so honored I got to capture these sweet memories for her.
